Mr. Tomasz has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1974. During his career Mike has led brokerage companies, served as CEO to an Industrial REIT and actively manages his own portfolio of industrial and office properties.

Mr. Welsh has been active in the sales, leasing, development and operations of office, industrial and retail properties since 2005. In 2014 Mr. Welsh earned a Masters Degree from the University of Denver in Real Estate & Construction Management.
